We are happy to release a new tool to help manage the needs of schools in relation to our product(s), e-hallpass and FlexTime Manager. We have created a Help Desk Portal where you can send requests for service, support, instructions, to report bugs, or suggest ideas for future enhancements. This will replace the current process of reaching out to your Project Manager directly via email or phone for support. Please keep in mind that this is not to be shared with all staff or students, but is primarily for system administrators.
Below you will see the document “Help Desk Portal Instructions for Clients,” that we created to help you and your staff start using our new resource. Please share these with anyone else who needs to use the Help Desk Portal. If you have specific questions about this please feel free to reach out to your Project Manager, who will enter your request into the Help Desk Portal. Future correspondence will then occur through that system.
