Many districts require educators to develop and maintain portfolios to document meeting their professional development goals. Educators can also use a well-crafted portfolio to apply for new positions. The Danielson Method

The Marzano Instructional Framework
The Marzano framework for evaluation focuses on teachers answering key questions to assess their proficiency. Here is a breakdown of which questions can be answered by using e-hallpass and/or FlexTime Manager.
